Eikon Certification In-Person
Thomson Reuters EIKON is a desktop application that is comparable to Bloomberg in that it provides both financial and textual information as well as having an add-in.
Eikon is a TR product so it shares Datastream data but performs more like Bloomberg.
Like Datastream, Thomson Reuters provide a timed certification exam which is multiple choice with 30 questions.
Results are immediate; the passmark is 80% and the distinction passmark is 90%.
A certificate is provided by TR and you are encouraged to put all certifications on your CV.
