Bloomberg Market Concepts Certification In-Person
- Bloomberg Market Concepts (BMC) is an 8 hour self-paced e-learning certification course that provides a visual introduction to the financial markets
- BMC consists of 5 modules – Economics, Currencies, Fixed Income, Equities and Getting started on the Terminal – woven together from Bloomberg data, news, analytics and television
- This is an assessed course which results in certification on completion which is a physical certificate but can also be linked to in your Linked-in Account
- There are around 120 assessment questions woven throughout the 5 modules
- The Market Concepts Certification Course requires a combination of financial market knowledge and Bloomberg terminal skills and functions knowledge – about 70 function codes in all
- Once you have finished BMC, you can create a profile and upload your CV in JOBS
. You will be able to search the Bloomberg Employment database and equally, your BMC score will become available to Bloomberg-using companies who are searching for interns and graduate-entry employees
